19. Brooke – Meggan mentioned using CBD oil, and I know you’ve talked about having anxiety. Do you also use CBD oil?
Yes! I just got it after visiting with the naturopath doctor a few weeks ago, and it has been helping me so much! I use Everyday Balance from Higher Wave Wellness, I add it to my coffee in the morning because I can’t stand the taste of it by itself, but in my (decaf lol) coffee it’s not detectable at all!
10. What remedies do you use for anxiety?
Meggan: I take lexapro and CBD oil. Working out helps me as well!
Brooke: I use CBD oil, meditation, breathing, and a supplement from my naturopath doctor called Gaba.
