Traveling doesn’t mean that you need to break from your routine - specifically the good habits you’ve been working at every day. 

Here are two effective workouts using little to no equipment from coach and creative director Thea Hughes of The Session NYC. Perfect for when you’re on the go. 

These moves integrate unilateral (single-sided) movement which is key for building strength for how we operate in real life. Also with a focus on anti-extension and anti-rotation, great for building the core without realizing you’re doing an “ab workout.”
