The best way to get the most out of your CBD is for it to become a daily habit, therefore we've found combining our CBD dose with something we're already doing every day ensures we never miss a dose.
Some of our favorite times to dose are before mediation (a habit we're still trying to do every day!), with a morning coffee or when you sit down at your desk to start the day - CBD is great for calming an overactive mind and letting you focus on the big tasks.
Post work out when your endorphins are up! CBD can aide muscle recovery too so this is a great time if you're into high intensity activity! Or before bed - this is what we recommend when you're first taking CBD :)
